From a dream over drinks to a hometown hotspot.

 

Like many of the best ideas, Westchester was inspired by a couple of cocktails. That and a desire for seasonal fare in a sea of chain restaurants. The Chesterfield Valley may be home to many things, but Westchester is unlike anything else around.

In the kitchen you’ll find Chesterfield-native Matthew Glickert, whose experience ranges from French cuisine to Missouri barbecue, curating a shifting menu of seasonal, locally sourced fare. And behind the bar, you’ll see experienced mixologists serving a huge selection of hand-picked wines, whiskeys and crafted cocktails.

With an open kitchen, an intimate dining room and an ever-changing menu, Westchester is the place for fine food, drink and conversation, finally, in the Chesterfield Valley.
